Misha is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice of Agon in the British Virgin Islands. Prior to joining Agon in 2023, she started her career as a paralegal at two international law firms based in the BVI. Misha assists with advising on a variety of commercial litigation and insolvency litigation matters including contractual disputes and restorations.

Misha attended the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College where she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Humanities – A Level. She continued her studies in In Barbados and obtained her LL.B from the University of the West Indies in 2017. Thereafter, she returned to the territory, and she continued as a paralegal at an international firm in the BVI. In this capacity, she oversaw several litigation matters, trials, and international arbitration matters. Misha went on to obtaining her Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice from Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom in February 2023. Misha is also an Accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution/Online Dispute Resolution Mediator through training with the ADR/ODR Group in 2020. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2023 and to the BVI Bar in December 2023.
