Paul advises on a wide range of high value litigation and insolvency matters, drawing on significant experience practising both onshore and offshore. Paul specialises in insolvency, fraud, asset recovery and shareholder disputes. He has extensive experience in applications for interlocutory relief, including freezing injunctions, Norwich Pharmacal orders and appointments of provisional liquidators or receivers.
Paul leads cases and collaborates with wider teams in complex cross-border proceedings to achieve client goals. He acts for clients based all over the world including sovereign states, major corporations, insolvency practitioners and high-net worth individuals, resulting in numerous reported judgments at first instance, the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council.
