New BVI Non-Contentious Probate Rules

In force from November 2017, the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate and Administration of Estates) Rules 2017 will apply to any pending probate proceedings as well as new proceedings. The rules aim to provide a comprehensive regime, supplementing gaps experienced in the previous case law.
